Step 1: To boil the Pasta, take 4-5 cups of water in a pan. Put ½ cup whole-grain Pasta in it. Add 1/4tsp. of Salt and ½ tsp. of Oil. Mix well and let the Pasta boil.
Step 2: To make the White Sauce, in a pan, take 1tbsp. of butter, 2-3 cloves of Garlic, ¼ cup Onion. Mix them and fry for2-3 minutes.
Step 3: By the next step, add 1 cup of Mushroom, ¼ cup of Capsicum, 2tbsp. of Corns in it. Stir and fry for 2-3 minutes. After completing fry, keep it aside.
