How To Make:

  • Step 1: In a blender, take ¼ cup water with 1 cup of chopped Tomatoes. Blend well until you get a smooth texture out of it. After blending pour the Tomato Paste in a separate small bowl and set aside.
  • Step 2: To boil the Pasta, take 1.5 liters of water in a pan. Add 1tsp salt and 2tbsp. of oil in it. Give it a very good mix. Put 1 cup of Elbow Pasta into the pan and mix well again. Cook for 9-12 minutes on a medium flame until it boils. Strain the pasta into a bowl after boiling properly.
  • Step 3: Take another pan and add 2tbsp of oil and heat it. Then, add ¼ cup of chopped onion and saute well for 2 minutes. After that, add 1 tbsp. of chopped Garlic and fry for one minute. Now, add ¼ cup of boneless chicken and fry. When it comes to reddish color, add the previously made Tomato Paste into it. Stir it well for 1 minute. Then add ½ tbsp.. of Red Chilli Powder, ½ tbsp.. of Salt, ½ tsp. of dried Oregano Leaves, 1tsp. of chopped Green Chilli. Mix all of the ingredients well and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Step 4: After cooking for 2-3 minutes, add ¼ cup of chopped Carrot, ¼ cup of chopped Capsicum, and ¼ cup chopped Mashroom and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Step 5: Now, add the boiled pasta in the pan and mix well for 1 minute. Turn the heat off and pour the cooked pasta in a bowl. To garnish sprinkle over 1tbsp. of freshly chopped Coriander leaves.

How To Make:

  • Step 1: In a pan heat 1 tbsp of butter. Add ¼ cup of chopped onions, ¼ cup of chopped capsicum, and ¼ cup of chopped carrots into it. Stir the mixture well for 1 minute. Pour the mixture into a separate bowl. By this time, boil the  Elbow Pasta with a normal process.
  • Step 2: To make the cheese white sauce, in the same pan, add 2 tbsp. of butter and 2 tbsp. of Flour, Roast the flour well with butter on low flame. Gradually add 1 cup milk using a whisker to avoid lumps. Cook for some time. Now, add 3 slices of cheese. In this case, you can use, process/mozzarella/cheddar cheese.   • Step 2: To boil the pasta, take 1tbsp. of Salt to a pot of boiling water. mix well and pour 1 cup of pasta into it.
