How to make Freezer Packs for Smoothie

Freezer Packs can help you to make a smoothie earlier and with no hassle. To make a freezer pack the basic thing you need to do is, store the dry fruits in a zip-lock freezer bag and name it.

If you want to make a Kiwi and Kale Smoothie you can use a 1-quart zip-lock freezer bag.

There is no hard and measurement to make this pack. But here, I am serving you with some measurements to make it easier for you.

The ingredients you need to make a kale and kiwi smoothie freezer packs are: Kale, Kiwi, Flaxseed Meal, and Ripe Banana.

Take 1tbsp of Flaxseed Meal, ½ cup Fresh Kale, 1 ripe Kiwi (peeled and diced), and 1 ripe Banana (diced in quarters). Stuff these all ingredients in a zip-lock freezer pack.

When it’s time to make the smoothie, just take out the freezer pack from the freezer. Put the ingredients in the mixer from the pack. Add 1 cup of unsweetened Almond Milk to it. You can also add 1tbsp. of raw Honey if you want to add more sweetness to your smoothie.

If you prefer to make a Blueberry Muffin Smoothie use a zip-lock freezer pack.

Stuff ¼ cup of rolled Oats, ¼ tbsp. of ground cinnamon, 1 banana, 1/3 cup Blueberries into the pack. Again, these measurements are not strict or unchangeable. You can add or lessen up ingredients and amounts as per your taste.

At the time of making the smoothie, take out the pack from the freezer and put all the ingredients of the pack into your Nutribullet mixer, and add 1 cup of Unsweetened Milk. You can use Almond or Coconut Milk.

Adding ½ tsp. of Vanilla Essence or Vanilla Protein Powder can be a great option to boost up the flavor to a different level of your drink.
