Approximate Time to Make: 15-20 minutes.

Ingredients: Popcorn Kernels, Butter, Oil, Salt, Pepper, Icing Sugar, Water.

How To Make:

  • Step 1: First of all, to make the perfect caramel popcorn, you need to have the best corn kernels. Gather 90-100grams of the finest kernels. In a saucepan, put 1 tbsp. of butter and 1 tbsp. of Oil. Give it a stir and mix well. Let it get hot until the bubbling starts. 
  • Step 2: When you can see the oil and butter are producing bubbles, put the kernels inside. Stir a little and put the lid on. When you come to hear the noise of the corn popping, shake the saucepan now and then. Otherwise, some kernels will stick to the saucepan and you wouldn’t get the perfection out of it.  

When the popping stops, take the popcorn out of flame and add 1 teaspoon of salt and a half teaspoon of pepper in it.

  • Step 3: To make the Caramel, in a pan take 210 grams of icing sugar and 1tbsp. of Butter in it. Add 100ml water and stir well. Stir until the sugar dissolves and gives a smooth looking Caramel.
  • Step 4: Now add the popcorn in the caramel and mix it properly. After mixing, take out the popcorn in a baking tray with a butter paper over the tray. Spread the popcorns well with the help of a spatula. Let them cool down.
  • Step 5: After cooling, separate the popcorns by hand. And the crispy Caramel popcorn will be ready to eat.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes.

Approximate Time to Make: 15-20 minutes.

Ingredients: Corn Kernels, Turmeric Powder, Oil, Salt, Butter, Brown Sugar, Vanilla, or Butterscotch Essence.

How To Make:

  • Step 1: In a saucepan take 4tbsp. of oil, ½ tsp. of Turmeric Powder, ½ tsp. of Salt. Heat the oil nicely. It is necessary to heat the oil first properly. Otherwise, the kernels will stick with the pan. Now, add the kernels inside the pan and give a stir to mix the oil with the kernels. Put the lid on and wait until the kernels start to pop up.

When the kernels start to pop shake the pan now and then. 

When the popping stops, you will get the popcorn done.

  • Step 2: For making the Caramel, in a pan take, 4 tbsp. of Brown Sugar, add a little amount of butter in it. Then add vanilla or butterscotch essence in it. Give a very good mix to it. Continue the stir until the sugar dissolves properly and gives a frothy smooth caramel.
  • Step 3: After making the Caramel, add the popcorn in it. Mix very well. Make sure, the popcorns are coated well with the Caramel. Otherwise, it wouldn’t taste good.

Approximate Time to Make: 15-20 minutes.

Ingredients: Popcorn Kernels, Oil, Salt, Butter, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Vanilla Extract, Baking Soda. 

How To Make:

  • Step 1: To make the popcorn, in a pan take 3-4 tbsp. of Oil, a pinch of Salt, and ½ cup Popcorn Kernels in it. Stir and put the lid on. Wait until the kernels start to pop. When the pop up stops, take off the popcorns from the flame. 
  • Step 2: To make the Caramel, in a saucepan take 2 tbsp. of Butter. Melt the Butter well. Now, add 1 cup of Brown Sugar and a pinch of salt (to taste). Give a good stir to it. Add ¼ cup of Sweetened Condensed Milk as this is going to be a heavy Caramel flavored popcorn. Now, add 1tsp. of Vanilla Extract. Stir well until the sugar dissolves and gives rich brown color. 
  • Step 3: After that, add 2 pinches of Baking Powder into the mixture. It will lighten the color of the Caramel and will make it look more frothy and light-colored.
